Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food handling regulations Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, demonstrating teamwork in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving or host/hostess roles preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus for creating upscale guest experiences Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate billing processes Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to develop your skills in a lively setting!
