This is a tipped position where hourly wage will start at the industry standard of $5.50. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued whether they're enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special event. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, upscale atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise and transition to large scale dinning events. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival, and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Foreup), ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining and banquet settings Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards and food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events. Requirements Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, serving, or banquet operations Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing Experience in fine dining environments or country clubs is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or events efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and enhance guest relations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event hours in a fast-paced setting Join us in delivering outstanding service that delights our guests!
