Job Description
SUMMARY:
Our vision for the Foundry Social is to create engaging, unique, and memorable experiences. We Love what we do, have fun, and provide fun for our guests and coworkers. We work together as a team and our focus is that all our guests become raving fans of The Foundry Social and our offerings. The Food Runner will play a vital role in ensuring that food is delivered to guests quickly and accurately. You will perform a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and working closely with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate the timely delivery of food to tables. You will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant by facilitating collaboration between kitchen and wait staff, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. To be successful in this role, the Food Runner will need to have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills to actively help to improve their overall dining experience of our guests.QUALIFICATIONS

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to guests. Communicates food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests. Assists in the preparation and assembly of food orders as needed. Coordinates with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food. Communicates effectively with serving staff to ensure that all orders are delivered correctly. Assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Ensures food is served in accordance with safety standards. Provides excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Follows all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Maintains a fun, safe atmosphere for guests. Promotes a top-level quest experience. Performs all other duties as assigned.Other Qualifications:
