In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like cocktails, wine, spirits, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options to guests Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must Familiarity with POS systems Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for processing transactions Experience in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
