Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive host/hostess services to ensure a smooth seating process Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage service expertise Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while maintaining excellent customer relations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, handling food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling standards Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy hours Process cash transactions accurately and handle cashing out at the end of shifts while managing POS systems effectively Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across various responsibilities Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation is desirable Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude to support overall restaurant operations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences!
