Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a server you play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring that customers receive top notch service throughout their visit. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain guest relations will be key to your success in this role. Experience preferred, but not mandatory. Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders with our Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to requests. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including resetting tables for next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed. Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with the Toast POS system is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
