Responsibilities This role provides exceptional food and beverage service while also supporting restaurant leadership in the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. The position also assists with training and coaching team members, opening and closing duties, maintaining service stations and dining areas, preparing room service and take-out orders, and following all food, beverage, and responsible alcohol service standards.
