Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, following responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Ensure food safety standards are followed in the handling, preparation, and serving of food
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, server stations, and beverage stations

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience for guests
• Knowledge of banquet and catering operations
• Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service practices
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in food preparation, handling, and service
