Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and other beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage sales transactions seamlessly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards for fine dining experiences Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
