Full-Time Server Location:

Coventry Senior Living Position:

Full-Time Server Coventry Senior Living is seeking a dependable, friendly, and compassionate Full-Time Server to join our dining services team. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for seniors, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Hours:

7:00 AM - 2:00

PM Responsibilities:

Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner. Set up and clean the dining room before and after meal service. Take resident meal orders and accommodate dietary needs as directed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area. Assist with beverage service, food preparation, and other dining room duties as needed. Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

Qualifications:

Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, patient, and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds during the shift. Why Work at The Coventry? We value our team as much as we value our residents.
