SUMMARY A

passionate hospitality driven individual who understands how to provide a great first impression and organized guest experience. This position will be responsible for greeting guest at the front door, organizing and capturing reservations, table turn analytics, over the phone guest service, retail merchandising, and adherence to all company procedures. The position also includes bussing tables, running food and working with the kitchen team. Additionally required is a neat and clean appearance, and the ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Reservation capturing and organizing a. Utilization of Reso reservation system to capture, organize, and execute reservations b. Problem solving skills to confidently address scheduling conflicts in a manner that favors the guest c. Updating and analyzing guest profiles to maximize guest experience d. Analyzing live table metrics to adjust wait times and manage service flow 2. Guest Services a. Knowledgeable in multiple areas of the establishment and ability to relay information either over the phone or in person b. Friendly and inviting demeanor always c. Coordination with management and service team to relay special occasions and guest preferences d. Understanding of Toast POS system and ability to capture and execute carryout orders e. Management of retail item sales f. Maintain polished standards of interior and exterior walkways 3. Server Assist a. Efficiently run food to correct table and seat numbers. b. Bussing tables and cleaning the dining room. c. Clearing plates and manicuring tables.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment can be loud and busy. There are many kitchen hazards such as hot surfaces and liquids, sharp knives, and slippery floors.

The employee is required to stand for long periods as well as walk, bend and stoop. The position requires working taste buds, ability to smell, feel with fingers and visually inspect, including close and distance vision.
