Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales upselling opportunities like wine or cocktail pairings Manage beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Maintain sanitation standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus for creating upscale guest experiences Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
