Front of House/Back of House Staff

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House and Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide professional, informed and friendly banquet service for our guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Support bartending staff during busy periods by assisting with drink orders or preparation. Participate in banquet services as required, ensuring all events run smoothly. Skills Previous experience in the wedding, event or food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Knowledge of food handling practices and dietary restrictions is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Experience in the Service Industry is beneficial but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate. Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods of time. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
