What You'll Do Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests Prepare and serve breakfast items during our busier morning shifts Prepare, cook, and serve lighter food offerings during evening shifts Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly Take guest orders, operate the POS system, and handle payments Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Stock supplies and keep the Bistro organized and guest-ready Multitask and assist wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience What We're Looking For Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage is a plus Basic cooking and food preparation skills preferred Bartending knowledge or experience preferred Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, reliable, and professional with a strong focus on guest service Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position If you enjoy working with people, can comfortably move between cooking, bartending, serving guests, and other Bistro responsibilities, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
