Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and foster guest relations that keep patrons coming back. Your role is vital in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates fine dining and hospitality excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Assist with reservations using OpenTable or similar booking platforms to optimize seating arrangements during busy hours. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Support nightclub or bar operations during evening shifts by managing guest flow and ensuring a lively yet safe environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently with strong time management skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to increase sales revenue. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
