The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary basics. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
