• Job Summary:

• We are looking for dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous manner
• Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
• Process payments using cash, credit, or debit cards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient service

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
