Job Description

At Skylark Assisted Living and Memory Care, our goal is to provide a safe, caring, and engaging home for our residents. We achieve this goal by building a team of professionals who are committed to our residents and to each other. This is a great PT role for a student or someone looking to pick up some extra income.
Schedule:
6:30AM-1:30PM or 10:30AM-Close Split shift: 6:30AM-10:30AM or 3:30PM-7:30PM Responsibilities Serve meals to residents in the dining room in a courteous, respectful, and timely manner Assist residents as needed while promoting independence and choice Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms, service areas, and equipment Follow food safety, infection control, and facility policies Communicate resident preferences or concerns to kitchen and care staff Provide friendly interaction and exceptional customer service to residents and guests Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service or hospitality experience a plus (not required) Ability to work with older adults, including those with memory loss Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate items during shifts Why Work at Skylark Assisted Living Supportive team-oriented environment Meaningful work serving seniors in your community Flexible scheduling On-the-job training provided Opportunities for growth within senior living Skylark Assisted Living is an equal opportunity employer and values compassion, respect, and teamwork.
