Our focus at Ramen Ryoma is speed as well as giving quality service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Talech POS. Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Manage guest requests efficiently and address any concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health department standards. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation, and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
