Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices. Support team members with guest relations, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Experience in fine dining or upscale environments is a plus. Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation enhances your ability to upsell effectively.
