Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations Support food handling procedures and food safety protocols in compliance with sanitation standards Assist with host/hostess duties when needed, managing reservations through systems like OpenTable Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Culinary knowledge or culinary experience is a plus for understanding menu items and food preparation basics Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and cash handling tasks Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests while advancing your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
