We're a neighborhood gathering spot in Brookswood Plaza, offering a distinctive wine list, European café-inspired food, a retail shop of curated local goods, live music, and private events. Our ideal server loves hospitality, enjoys talking about wine and food, and makes every guest feel like a regular. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly as they arrive Take food and beverage orders at the counter Know the wine list and menu well enough to guide guests and suggest pairings Enter orders and process cash and card payments accurately on the POS Pour wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks, helping each guest find something they'll love Serve alcohol responsibly, checking IDs and following all OLCC regulations Assist mercantile shoppers, ring up retail sales, and keep shelves stocked and tidy Support live music nights and private events, including setup, service, and breakdown Prepare food in the kitchen and deliver it to guests Bus tables, wash dishes, and keep the space clean and organized Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as needed, following food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Required Valid OLCC Service Permit, or the ability to obtain one before your start date Oregon Food Handler card, or the ability to obtain one before your start date Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods Availability for 5-hour day and evening shifts, including Saturdays Ability to stand and walk for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs (wine cases, supplies) Preferred

1+ year of serving experience, ideally in a wine bar or full-service restaurant Wine knowledge or training (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) Retail or POS experience (Square or similar) Interest in local food, wine, and the Bend community Schedule, pay and perks
