Responsibilities Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Assist with food and beverage presentation, serving meals promptly while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Support food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with dietary guidelines and menu specifications Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and special dietary requests Help with general cleaning duties in the dining and kitchen areas to promote sanitation and hygiene standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles preferred; experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus Knowledge of food production, handling, serving, and sanitation practices within the food industry Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food safety regulations, cleaning protocols, and kitchen operations Join us to make a positive impact through exceptional service!
