Silver Falls Brewery Barrel House is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Beertender/Server at our Eugene location.

About Us:

Silver Falls Brewery located in Silverton Oregon and is dedicated to crafting high-quality, innovative beers. Our new Barrel House location in Eugene offers a unique environment where patrons can enjoy a rotating selection of our finest brews in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Position:

Beertender/Server

• Part Time Location:

  Silver Falls Brewery Barrel House
• Downtown Eugene within the 5th Street District Market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, guiding them through our beer offerings and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Pour and serve beer with precision and care, ensuring each customer receives a perfect pint every time.
• Serve and take food orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including regularly cleaning taps and glassware.
• Buss tables.
• Ring up sales accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Educate customers about our brewing process, ingredients, and beer styles to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or customer service preferred.
• Passion for craft beer and a desire to learn about our brewery and offerings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
