As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will also operate and cash out tickets. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and drink orders and ability to use cash register. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines. Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the dining experience. Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests in a professional manner. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation techniques. Proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and enhance customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment calculations. Experience in food handling within breakfast/lunch settings is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
