Duties:

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
• Knowledge of Micros POS system is a plus Must have current OLCC and Food handlers cards
