Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent communication for guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles. Able to use a POS System Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or hospitality roles is advantageous Must have OLCC and Food handlers card or provide one within two weeks of hire. Must be energetic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a lively team environment Must be at least 21 .
