Job Description

Server Radisson Hotel Pendleton Airport Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server and bartender and become the face of memorable dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in providing top-tier service. Whether you're guiding guests through our menu, upselling specials, or maintaining food safety standards, your positive attitude will shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food handling protocols Assist with food preparation, serving, and food safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations through platforms like OpenTable and coordinating seating arrangements Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
