Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change or receipts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, wine knowledge recommendations, and basic math calculations as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining environments or upscale establishments is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations confidently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary and beverage expertise, and ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences!
