Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness to maximize turnover Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or fine dining setting Experience Prior experience working in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightlife venues Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest enjoyment Background in food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols aligned with industry standards Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous for providing seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
