Banquet Server - Part-Time Flexible schedule required; must have consistent Saturday evening availability , along with availability for additional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed About Us The William Penn Inn is a premier historic dining venue in Montgomery County, known for exceptional service, timeless elegance, and memorable events. We take pride in our long-standing tradition of hospitality and are looking for friendly, dependable professionals to join our banquet service team. Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. Banquet Servers are responsible for ensuring a flawless guest experience at weddings, special events, and corporate events. We are happy to train candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Essential Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc.) Assist with food and beverage service during events, including running food and refilling drinks Monitor guest satisfaction and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event Clear plates, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after service Break down and reset event space as needed after events Follow all safety and sanitation policies Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Previous banquet or restaurant experience is required Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Strong communication and customer service skills Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
