Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner/Busser and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing outstanding guest service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while keeping the restaurant running efficiently. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately Buss tables by removing used dishes, glasses, and silverware, ensuring cleanliness throughout service Support food safety standards through proper handling, cleaning, and sanitation practices Help with light food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Handle manual lifting of trays, boxes, and supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting techniques Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus for processing orders and payments Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Enthusiasm for providing excellent in-person customer service and supporting guest satisfaction Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating enjoyable dining experiences!
