Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar booking systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient processing Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food handling protocols Assist with guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability in food service roles within fine dining or high-volume environments Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated sales ability through upselling techniques and product recommendations Background in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or food industry venues Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
