Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks. Assist with beverage service, including cocktail preparation, wine knowledge application, and spirits experience to enhance guest enjoyment not required Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized recommendations. Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and resetting tables promptly for new guests. Support food handling and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices. Process cash and card payments accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Collaborate with kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus but not required! Ok with writing all orders down Pen & Paper Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is a plus but not required! Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately. Ability to follow food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in bussing tables, hosting/hostessing.
