We're looking for an experienced and motivated Server to join our taproom team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate table service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping guests enjoy their time in the taproom. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in craft beer. You should be comfortable engaging with guests, answering questions about our beer and menu, and working closely with the rest of the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable guest service Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly Sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for craft beer Answering guest questions and making recommendations Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming tables and dining areas Communicating effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed Supporting the team during busy shifts and special events Following company standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality Contributing to a positive, welcoming team culture If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are passionate about craft beer and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!
