Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, recommend specials, and upsell additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, resetting for new guests, and assisting with general sanitation practices in compliance with food safety standards Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience Support food preparation and kitchen operations when needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Assist with bar service as required, creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service environment is preferred, but we will train!!
