Bryn Mawr, PA | Alessandro's Enoteca Alessandro's Enoteca, the elevated Italian concept from Alessandro's Ventures, is looking for experienced Servers to join our opening team. We're building a service culture rooted in genuine hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, and strong food and wine knowledge. We're looking for people who take pride in their craft, understand the importance of the details, and want to be part of a team with high standards and real opportunities for growth.

The right candidate is warm, polished, knowledgeable, hardworking, and team-oriented. You understand that great service is more than taking orders. It means anticipating needs, knowing the menu, reading the table, communicating with your teammates, and following established steps of service consistently.

Our Servers are expected to:

Execute our Steps of Service with consistency, confidence, and attention to detail Create warm, engaging, and professional guest experiences Develop a thorough knowledge of our food, ingredients, preparation methods, and Italian culinary traditions Build strong knowledge of our wine and beverage program and confidently guide guests through selections and pairings Maintain awareness of the entire table throughout the dining experience Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, management, and support team Work collaboratively and understand that exceptional service is a team effort Maintain a clean, organized, and polished section and work environment Handle high-volume service while maintaining composure and attention to detail Take feedback well and demonstrate a genuine desire to learn and improve Show up prepared, positive, punctual, and ready to contribute

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in an elevated, upscale, or fine-dining environment is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in food and wine knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in hospitality. More importantly, we value attitude, work ethic, curiosity, professionalism, and teamwork.
