In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert menu knowledge, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and cleanliness protocols in dining areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order accuracy Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and team collaboration Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
