Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, including drink presentation and garnishing Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Strong communication skills to engage guests positively and work collaboratively with team membersJoin us to be part of an exciting hospitality environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
