Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness of tables Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus but not a requirement, as we will train the right candidate Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and process sales efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not mandatory Must be available to work evenings and weekends Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
