Our shifts run from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and the base pay is $2.85 per hour plus tips. In tips alone, our servers typically average at least $150 per day, with top performers earning $300-$400 on good days. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software. Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for processing sales accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
