Job Summary We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Day Time Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment during daytime hours (10am-4pm), providing top-notch service to guests in a lively and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help create memorable experiences for our visitors. If you love engaging with people, have a knack for food and beverage service, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and dietary needs. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Clear tables, bus tables when needed, and assist with basic food handling and sanitation practices. Use reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize guest flow during busy hours. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or restaurant environments. Proficiency with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
