Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Recommend menu items, including wine pairings and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards for spirits and cocktails Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations Engage with guests to foster positive relations and handle any concerns professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Proven ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales revenue Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Customer service skills that demonstrate hospitality excellence and guest relations expertise Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and handling cash confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
