Established in 1987, Poco's is a Doylestown staple known for great food, drinks, and entertainment. We pride ourselves on offering a fun, fast-paced, and welcoming working environment for our staff. We are currently looking to grow our team and have openings for several part-time and full-time positions!

Available Positions & Compensation:

Dishwasher (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Pay:

Starting at $14.50/hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Role:

Keep our kitchen moving! You will be responsible for operating the dish machine, washing pots/pans, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Some prep work and help to the cooks as well.

Host / Hostess

(Part-Time)

Pay:

Starting at $15.50/hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Role:

Be the first smiling face our guests see. You will manage the door, seat guests, handle waitlists, and ensure a warm welcome and fond farewell. Also, includes answering the phone, taking to go orders and prepping those orders for pickup. Server (Part-Time)

Pay:

$2.83/hour +

Tips Role:

Provide excellent, friendly service to our dining guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a fantastic overall dining experience. (Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in PA). Busser (Part-Time)

Pay:

Minimum wage +

Tips Role:

The backbone of our dining room! You will assist servers by clearing and cleaning tables promptly, resetting them for the next guests, and keeping the dining areas pristine. Bussers are also responsible for dropping chips and salsa at the tables as guests are seated.
