Hey there! Join our awesome team at Stolen Sun Craft Brewing and Roasting Company in the heart of Exton, PA! We're on the lookout for happy and skilled servers and bartenders. We're open Wednesday to Sunday, and we're looking for someone with at least a year of experience in the restaurant business. If you know your stuff about craft beer and food, that's even better! We're flexible with availability, so we have full-time and part-time positions, and you can even grow into a Lead role. As a Server, you'll be playing a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, including specials and wine pairings. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about menu items and enhance sales through effective suggestions.
