Banquet Server

Key Responsibilities Event Setup & Teardown:

Preparing rooms by clothing tables, setting silverware, glassware, and decorations, and cleaning up after the event.

Service Delivery:

Delivering food trays, serving meals (plated or buffet), and refilling beverages.

Guest Service:

Greeting guests, responding to requests, and ensuring a positive experience.

Table Maintenance:

Clearing dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils between courses.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including checking guest IDs.

Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and carry heavy trays of food or beverages.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Communication:

Ability to communicate clearly with guests and cooperate with kitchen staff. Attention to

Flexibility:
