In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, managing food and beverage orders, and ensuring smooth cashier operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing via POS systems, and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining tables, bar counters, and cashier stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow Manage reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms, coordinate guest seating efficiently, and support host/hostess duties as needed Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols within the food industry Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality.
