Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment. ## Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation ## Experience ###
Required Skills:
- Experience in the food service industry
- Strong guest relations skills
- Knowledge of bussing procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems ###
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in dining
