Overview Experienced Servers - Part and Full Time Bella Fiona Ristorante is looking for an experienced, dependable server to join our front-of-house team. We are working to elevate our service from casual neighborhood dining toward a more polished, professional experience while remaining warm and approachable. We are especially interested in someone with experience in a polished or upscale-casual restaurant who understands proper table service, pacing, menu knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The right person will provide excellent service at their own tables while also leading by example and helping reinforce consistent standards throughout the dining room. Schedule Part-time evening position Approximately 15-35 hours per week Weekend availability is required Specific schedule will be discussed during the interview Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, specials, and preparation methods Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system Properly pace appetizers, salads, entrées, and desserts Anticipate guest needs without being intrusive Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Maintain clean, properly set tables and an orderly dining room Help create a service culture based on teamwork, consistency, and accountability What We're Looking For Previous full-service restaurant experience required Experience in polished casual, upscale casual, or similar table service strongly preferred Professional appearance and communication Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong menu knowledge and willingness to learn Ability to remain organized and composed during busy service Good judgment, attention to detail, and awareness of the entire dining room A team-oriented person who leads by example and takes pride in doing things properly Compensation includes an hourly rate plus tips.
