Help with food handling tasks such as portioning ingredients and preparing beverages under supervision. Take in-person orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring correct entry and processing. Maintain excellent guest relations through friendly communication, attentive service, and prompt response to inquiries. Support kitchen staff with basic meal preparation or catering setup when needed, including knife skills and meat cutting. Handle cash transactions accurately during order taking or cashiering duties while adhering to cash handling procedures. Uphold health and safety regulations related to food safety, dishwashing protocols, and dietary accommodations. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues across all shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage preparation, and basic math for transactions. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and cleaning duties. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
